The River Grove Lions Club in conjunction with the Village of River Grove is hosting the 9th Annual Community Shredding Day. The day begins at 8:00 am through 12:00 pm. This is an opportunity to clean out all of your old files you've been hoarding and have them professionally destroyed. We're also accepting old eyeglasses, hearing aids, and old and expired prescription drugs.
A new addition this year is the "Helping Hands" organization. They will be collecting clothing, shoes, kitchen items, toys, and more. We offer this service to the River Grove and surrounding communities.
